Dallas Football House provides luxury short-term rental accommodations and concierge services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Our offerings may include furnished accommodations, curated dining and entertainment experiences, transportation coordination, and premium amenity packages. The specific scope and pricing of services are detailed on our website and in individual booking confirmations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website or book our services. By making a reservation, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Reservations and Payment

All reservations are subject to availability. Pricing, package inclusions, and availability are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified at the time of reservation.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. All charges are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary by package and booking date. Specific cancellation deadlines and any applicable refund amounts will be communicated at the time of booking. Cancellations made outside the stated window may result in forfeiture of deposits or partial payments. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to treat all properties, furnishings, and amenities with care and respect. You are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents caused by you or members of your party during your stay. Excessive noise, unauthorized parties, illegal activity, and any behavior that disturbs neighbors or violates local ordinances is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

7. Property Rules

Specific property rules — including occupancy limits, parking guidelines, smoking policies, and pet restrictions — will be provided prior to or upon check-in. Violation of property rules may result in additional fees or early termination of your reservation.

8. Concierge and Add-On Services

Concierge services such as dining reservations, event tickets, transportation, and curated experiences are arranged on a best-effort basis and are subject to third-party availability. Dallas Football House acts as a facilitator and is not liable for the performance, quality, or cancellation of services provided by third parties.

Premium amenities including bourbon, cigar, and beverage selections are available to guests of legal drinking age and are subject to availability. Pricing for à la carte items is provided separately and is non-refundable once delivered.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Dallas Football House and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dallas Football House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to event cancellations, schedule changes by FIFA or other event organizers, severe weather, acts of God, or government actions.

11. Assumption of Risk

Participation in any activities or experiences arranged through our concierge services is at your own risk. You acknowledge that certain activities may carry inherent risks and agree to hold Dallas Football House harmless from any claims arising from your participation.

12. Third-Party Platforms

Some reservations may be processed through third-party platforms such as Airbnb. In such cases, the terms and policies of that platform apply in addition to these Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the more restrictive terms shall govern.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dallas Football House, its owner, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
